Headcorn Post Office are looking for Outreach service clerk members, to join our friendly team.

This position will also involve a mobile van post office in the future, when introduced into Kent. (No time scale as yet for this service)

Horizon trained would be preferable. However, training would be provided.

Need to be reliable, able to work independently, and have good time keeping skills.

To be friendly with customers and always willing to be helpful.

Driving is essential for this position, as the applicant will be going between different local communities on a daily bases. This service provides an important role to local communities who have previously lost their permanent Post Office branch.

As you will be using your own vehicle, we expect this to be reliable and well maintained, a fuel allowance on a daily bases will be contributed in your salary each month. However, we are unable to cover any maintenance costs or insurance towards your vehicle.

The applicant would be responsible for the care of the mobile kit and insuring any maintenance issues are reported immediately to POL's maintenance dept.
