The POS Systems Salesperson is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and selling point-of-sale solutions to businesses across various sectors such as retail, hospitality, and services. The role involves prospecting, developing client relationships, presenting system solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to recommend the most suitable POS solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to business owners and decision-makers.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with product developments, pricing changes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Provide post-sale support and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback and report market intelligence to the product and marketing teams.
Person Specification:
- The Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of previous sales experience.

- Confident, Enthusiastic and Ambitious
- Self-Motivating
- Ability to work in a small team
- Microsoft Office Awareness
- IT awareness
- Presentation Skills either face to face or via Teams

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
