As Portfolio Performance Manager in our London office, reporting directly to the global Chief Operating Officer of Green Investments, you will support the disciplined and consistent management of investment performance across our portfolio. You will work closely with senior leaders, asset teams and both internal and external specialist resources, driving value creation across the portfolio, ensuring rigorous oversight and fostering best practice sharing. What you offer 4+ years' of experience in strategy consulting, private equity or a similar analytical role, with experience in asset management, infrastructure or related sectors Familiarity with portfolio performance frameworks, KPIs and value creation methodologies Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand value creation and risk drivers in portfolio companies Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, develop actionable insights, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders High attention to detail, organisational ability and project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Advan
