- As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.
- Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.
- What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!
- Joining us as a Policy & Standards Manager

This is some of what you can expect to be doing
- Lead the way in shaping safer, smarter workplaces by evolving and embedding integrated management systems across health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Bring policies to life - you’ll guide their development, rollout, and ensure they’re not just written, but actively used and understood across the business

- Collaborate with purpose - you’ll work with teams across the organisation to align policies with ESG goals and introduce practical safety solutions
- Make a real impact through project management, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex legislation into clear, actionable policies
- What you’ll bring to the role
- This role calls for a confident communicator with strong collaboration skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive safety excellence in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also have
- A talent for guiding policy development and implementation, with the confidence to lead initiatives and the organisation to see them through
- Strong relationship building skills, enabling you to engage stakeholders across the business and bring policies to life in a meaningful way
- Experience working across areas such as lone worker safety and environmental reporting, helping to shape practical, impactful solutions
- A meticulous approach to managing ISO standards and ensuring audit readiness, always focused on continuous improvement
- The ability to translate complex legislation into clear, everyday practices that support a safer, more sustainable workplace.
