Job Title – Policy and Campaigns Officer

Contract – Full time, Permanent

Hours - 36 hours per week

Salary - £27,000 per annum

Location - Hybrid (Home Based/London)

Coram PACEY (previously the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years) was formed in 1977, we are a professional association dedicated to supporting home-based childcare professionals including childminders and nannies to provide high quality services, information and advice to children, their families and carers. We want all children to experience high quality childcare and early education, helping them to have a bright future.

About the role

As part of the Policy team develop, deliver, and drive forwards Coram PACEY’s policy goals and campaigning activities, supporting the Public Policy Manager to effectively represent members’ concerns and the importance of early years and childcare for children’s future life chances. As part of this you will provide expertise and research support on key policy areas; support Coram PACEY to work with decision makers and campaigners to drive meaningful change for our members and all home-based childcare professionals.

You will play a vital part in helping Coram PACEY deliver our key mission- To reverse the decline in registered childminders.
