We’re looking for a driven, creative, and persuasive Podcast Outreach Specialist to help us scale our guest appearances and collaborations across the top AI, marketing, and entrepreneurship shows online. I’m Julian Goldie, founder of the AI Profit Boardroom and Goldie Agency, where we help entrepreneurs automate their businesses, scale faster, and free up their time using AI systems that power over $300K/month in profits. Now we’re expanding our reach with a world-class podcast strategy — and I need someone who can own this process end to end. Your Mission Your goal is simple. Book me (Julian) as a guest on high-impact podcasts that can help us: Grow our audience Attract high-ticket clients Build relationships with influential hosts Drive traffic to our free Skool communities and funnels You’ll manage the full pipeline — research, outreach, follow-up, scheduling, and relationship management. What You’ll Be Doing Research podcasts in the AI, marketing, automation, and entrepreneurship spaces Identify hosts with strong followings and aligned audiences Write compelling, customized pitches that get hosts excited to have me on Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations Track outreach performance and optimize for booking rate Build relationships with podcast producers, hosts, and agencies Maintain an organized outreach tracker in Google Sheets or Airtable Repurpose successful pitches into templates for scaling Who You Are Experienced in outreach, PR, influencer marketing, or podcast guest booking Strong written communicator who can adapt tone and style to different hosts Detail-oriented with systems thinking — you love optimizing processes Comfortable managing outreach automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Clay, or similar) Results-driven — you care about conversions and measurable outcomes, not just activity Confident in reaching out to high-profile hosts professionally and persuasively Organized, proactive, and reliable with a high say-to-do ratio Passionate about AI, marketing, and entrepreneurship Nice-to-Haves Existing relationships with podcast hosts in the business or AI space Experience with cold email outreach or PR pitching Familiarity with Skool, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms Background in SEO, marketing, or content creation KPIs You’ll Be Measured On Number of relevant podcasts researched and pitched per week Podcast booking rate (%) Quality and relevance of booked podcasts Response and follow-up rate Organization and maintenance of outreach data
