A leading telecommunications organisation is currently seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join their Organisation Effectiveness function, supporting a major digital transformation programme. This role will play a key part in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, headcount modelling, and programme-wide PMO oversight.Job Details: Start date: ASAPDuration: initially until 31/03/2026, view to extend after budgets renewRate: £525pd Inside IR35 via UmbrellaLocation: LondonHybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office Key Requirements: Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Analyst, ideally within large-scale organisational or digital transformation environments.Strong analytical capability, comfortable working with numbers, data, modelling, reporting and resource managementExperience supporting strategic roadmaps, organisational transitions, and operational efficiency initiatives.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with Finance Business Partners, People Analytics teams, and senior business stakeholders.Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI experience preferred.Telecommunications experience is highly desirable.
