We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our Project Delivery Practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality reporting, governance, and data integrity across our project portfolio. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver insightful reporting and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver executive-level reporting packs and dashboards for senior leadership. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time portfolio insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Planview, collaborating with Project Managers to maintain standards. Support governance activities including scheduling, agenda setting, minute-taking, and action tracking. Gather, validate, and analyse management information (MI) from programme and project teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.<
