The Solution Design & Program Office within Product partners across the business to deliver our complex changes, also providing project/change assurance to facilitate effective implementation This role is within the Demand function of the team where our Project & Change assurance activities sit, providing key support to our Design & Program Office colleagues as well as business function partners across the whole of Worldpay What you’ll own Serve as a liaison & facilitator between business stakeholders, project teams, and other Worldpay functional or department managers to understand all necessary aspects of projects and ensure all are fully engaged on the delivery, objectives, and progress of the project Co-ordinate and facilitate the initial impact assessment of new project demand across business functions, Obtaining and maintaining information from project management and representatives from business functions Develop reports and provide quality assurance to project updates, ensuring that coherent and impactful updates are always articulated Ensure projects remain compliant with company and functional policy regarding change governance, and support the continuous evolution of delivery and governance practices Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, answering routine support questions, preparing correspondence and progress reports, anticipating the needs of project, program, and PMO management through independent decision making What you bring Practiced – You have experience of working on large and complex change projects and programs with PMO type responsibilities in a large organization Progressive – You are energized by the challenge of transforming PMO and Project Portfolio practices, always pushing for smarter ways of working and continuous improvement Articulate - You distil complexity into clarity.
