Day-to-Day of the role: Planning and Delivering Lessons: Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the curriculum and the needs of the learners. This includes preparing teaching materials, using a variety of instructional methods, and adapting content for different learning styles and abilities.Assessing and Supporting Learners: Regularly assess student progress through assignments, exams and practical work. Also provide feedback, track performance and offer academic and pastoral support to help learners achieve their goals.Administrative and Professional Duties: Maintaining accurate records (e.g. attendance, grades), attending departmental meetings, participating in professional development, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
