Working on a prestigious commercial site, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive plumbing services, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all water and drainage systems. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills further within a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems, including hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitaryware.

• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and carrying out effective repairs to plumbing faults.

• Diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to ensure minimal disruption.

• Carrying out minor installations, upgrades, and replacements of plumbing fixtures and fittings.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and water hygiene standards.

• Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out.

• Collaborating with other trades and facilities team members as required.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.

• Recognised plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent).

• A strong understanding of water systems, drainage, and associated regulations.

• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
