Great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work on reactive maintenance and repairs for Tenants in the Oxford and South Oxfordshire region. As a Plumber within the team you will be carrying out a range of tasks and duties which include - Repairs to domestic plumbing installationsInstallation of replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipmentInstallation of kitchen sinksInstallation of new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)Installation of new sundry items such as taps and ball valvesRepairs to sundry itemsInstalling and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop tapsInstalling and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machinesVented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal With a positive approach to customer satisfaction and getting the repair completed swiftly and accurately you will be a positive addition to this multi-disciplinary team.
