Description Manage plot sales transactions from instruction to completion.Draft and prepare legal documentation, including contracts and transfers.Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.Assist with property-related queries and manage deadlines effectively.Support fee earners with additional tasks related to plot sales. Profile A successful Plot Sales Paralegal should have: Previous experience in plot sales or property law within professional services.Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in relevant IT systems and case management software.
