- Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Platform Channel Partner Product Director to oversee the development and management of our Ascend platform features that facilitate integrations with other enterprise software platforms. This is an individual contributor role.
- Reporting to the Senior VP, You will focus on creating new distribution channels for the Ascend Platform's capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and enhancing the user experience. You will drive growth through partnerships and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: You will own the product strategy and roadmap for platform integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs, including partnering with VP and Executive level leaders inside potential channel partner organisations to co-create value for our mutual clients.
- Feature Development: Lead the development and implementation of integration features, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritise integration opportunities with other enterprise software platforms to expand distribution channels.
- Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners to understand their integration requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse the performance of integrations, using data-driven insights to improve features.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to inform integration strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and partners to improve integration features and user experience.
- Qualifications
- Extensive experience in platform product management, with a focus on enterprise software integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other integration technologies. Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS products is advantageous.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to lead decision-making and improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage different projects at any given time.
- Tailor communication style to suit a diverse audience, and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and motivated to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Experience managing commercial outcomes, with experience contributing to revenue growth and profitability through product initiatives.
