Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a Plant Fitter to join their well-established engineering team in Farnborough. Whether you’re already experienced in plant machinery or come from the automotive or industrial maintenance sectors, the client will provide ongoing training to help you make a smooth transition into their specialist workshop.About the Role:Working in a fast-paced, varied environment, you’ll be involved in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment - from simple hand tools to cutting-edge, fully remote-controlled demolition machinery. No two days are the same, and they take pride in their hands-on, "can do" approach to problem-solving.What they are looking for:Previous mechanical experience (plant, automotive, or industrial)Experience in hydraulics, diesel engines , diagnostics or electricsA proactive, positive attitudeYour own toolsWillingness to learn and adaptMust hold a valid UK licence
