- We are looking to expand our Planning team with the hiring of a Senior Planning Executive. This role is to be a part of the CHANEL team, working primarily across the Fragrance and Beauty division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about fragrance and beauty to work on a world-class Luxury client and as part of a wider Client Collective. This team plans across all offline and online media, so it offers a very well rounded media planning experience.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Analysis and provide unique insight into the competitor landscape and keeping yourself and team up to speed on great work and inspiring opportunities within the beauty category
- Collate and maintain client media plans from the MX teams
- Contributes to client status meetings
- Analyse client’s results and looking for insights within the data Take ownership of client facing weekly reports
- Identify target audiences and insights that can be developed into a communications strategy using key tools like TGI, Touchpoints and proprietary tools within the agency
- Timely management of client and financial queries and uploading plans into tools
- Contributes to the management of creative assets and activation
- Managing regular day-to-day requests from the PHD Global CHANEL teams
- Media Planning is a huge part of PHD’s DNA so come and learn from some of the best minds at PHD UK. You will work closely with the other Senior Planning Executive on the team and report into a Planning Manager to develop your craft.
- You will be expected to offer support across the account by carrying out various administrative duties that support delivering comprehensive cross-channel media solutions for our clients.
- A large part of the role is developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Within PHD, you will regularly converse with the different channel teams. Outside, you will be expected to develop relationships with key media owners and you will work towards having regular client contact as you progress.
