Roles & Responsibilities

• Instructional Leadership: Develop and deliver a comprehensive physical education curriculum for students from [e.g., 5th grade to 12th grade], focusing on fundamental skills, strategy, and overall fitness.
• Team Coaching: Lead and mentor a variety of school sports teams, preparing them for competitions and instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and fair play.
• Student Development: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages all students to participate and develop their physical and social skills.
• Program Management: Organize and manage all aspects of school-wide sports events, including sports days, intramural leagues, and community tournaments.
• Safety & Standards: Ensure a safe and well-maintained learning environment, adhering to all school and national safety regulations for physical activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members and the school administration to integrate PE into the school's broader educational mission.

What We're Looking For

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of [e.g., 3] years of experience teaching and coaching in a school setting.
• Certifications: Current first-aid and CPR certification is required. Additional coaching certifications in specific sports are highly desirable.
