This is your chance to lead on high-value philanthropy, collaborating with influential donors and networks who share your passion for lasting social impact. You'll play a vital role in unlocking the transformational funding that fuels Teach First's mission, helping every child fulfil their potential, no matter their background. Salary: £48,335.96 + £3,000 for London weightingLocation: Hybrid or remote, based from your nearest Teach First office (Birmingham, Bournemoth Bristol, Chatham, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich or Nottingham) Contract: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours, with flexible and condensed options available)Benefits: 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays), 6% pension, agile working, wellbeing support and a culture that values what you achieve What you'll be doing: Spotting the opportunities -Research, identify and cultivate new High-Net-Worth Individuals and philanthropic funders, taking them from first contact to long-term partnership.Telling the story - Develop compelling, evidence-led cases for support that inspire donors to invest in Teach First's mission.Sealing the deal - Secure strategic, multi-year gifts (six figures+) and build a pipeline worth around £350K.Making it personal -Deliver bespoke stewardship plans, ensuring every donor feels valued and sees the impact of their support.Driving results - Track and report on progress th
