Job Description:Castlefield are working with healthcare provider, who are seeking a confident, proactive, and highly motivated Pharmacist with a minimum of one year’s proven dispensary experience to join a supportive, well-organised, and forward-thinking pharmacy team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is comfortable taking initiative, able to work autonomously, and confident in managing the day-to-day demands of a patient-facing dispensary environment.The ideal candidate will be someone who can operate efficiently alongside a pharmacy technician, providing leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight as required. You will be expected to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism during peak periods, ensuring patients receive a safe, timely, and positive experience—even when waiting. This role is well-suited to individuals who thrive in a structured setting, can remain calm under pressure, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting smooth operational flow.Your responsibilities will include:Providing full dispensary services including talking in prescriptions, clinical checking, final checking, and handing out medicationsProcessing payments and offering excellent patient-facing supportCommunicating effectively with doctors, nurses, and wider clinical teamsCompleting audits, logging incidents, and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting the smooth running of the pharmacy during evening hoursThe pharmacy typically experiences a manageable workflow, with slight increases in activity between 6–7pm and quieter periods from 7–8pm. You will have one hour of overlap with the day pharmacist and work alongside two technicians from 5–6pm, then one technician from 6–8pm.Job Details:Role Title: PharmacistContract Type:<
