I’m looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented assistant to help manage both professional and personal tasks — including LinkedIn posting, project coordination, freelancer research, and trading support. This is a part-time, long-term position for someone organized, consistent, and proactive — ideally seeking stable ongoing work. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management & Task Tracking Discuss monthly goals and convert them into smaller, trackable tasks. Follow up on daily/weekly progress and ensure deliverables stay on schedule. 2. LinkedIn Posting & Networking Assistance Help publish and manage posts that highlight my IT skills and attract potential clients, partners, or collaborators. I will provide the technical content or ideas — you’ll handle posting, formatting, and engagement (comments, responses, or basic outreach). Help identify and connect with relevant professionals or companies aligned with my work. 3. Search for professionals (can be in any profession as per the work) Conduct online research (Upwork, Google, etc.) to find qualified professionals for small assignments — e.g., AI photo editors, logo designers, leaflet creators, event assistants, or local service providers. Communicate with candidates, gather quotes, shortlist options, and track task completion. 4. Stock Trading Assistance Observe trades and maintain simple trade tracking based on a strategy I’ll provide. 5. Weekly Elderly Care Review (via CCTV App) Once a week, review around 300 short clips (5–10 seconds each) through a mobile app. Confirm that daily wellbeing tasks — medicines, fruits, physio, and routines — are being followed. Delete irrelevant clips and flag any concerns immediately. Approx. 2-3 hours weekly — review short recordings (not live monitoring).
