Personal Lines Account HandlerSalary: £28,000 – £33,000 per year (plus benefits)Are you an experienced Personal Lines Account Handler looking for a role where your expertise is valued and you can make a tangible impact?This is a fully office-based position offering a professional, supportive environment and the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines clients, high-net worth, and some Commercial Property Clients. The role provides a stable, collaborative setting and the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing, ambitious brokerage.Key Responsibilities:Manage Client Portfolios: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business quotes.Customer Service: Provide professional support, responding to queries and delivering clear, accurate advice.Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet company and regulatory standards.Essential Skills & Knowledge:Must drive and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this position.Technical knowledge across personal lines products, predominantly Home, but also including Motor, High Net Worth – Commercial experience not essential.Strong account management, renewals, and client service skills.Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to analyse client needs and provide professional guidance.Benefits & Culture:Competitive salary of £28,000 – £33,000 per year, plus benefits.Clear opportunities for progression within a growing and secure business.<l
