They are currently recruiting for NQ-5 PQE personal injury solicitors to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth. Your new roleThis Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you: Manage a personal caseload of pre- and post-issue fast-track and intermediate-track occupiers' liability and public liability cases.Provide assistance on higher-value claims. Conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.Work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-5 years PQE. Previous experience of fast-track OL/PL claims is essential. Successful applicants will have a proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work they do.
