This role supports Islam Pearson in establishing and managing an integrated Microsoft 365 workspace across multiple businesses, projects, and personal operations. The assistant will work closely with Malsi (ChatGPT■5) as a digital operations partner to ensure systems, automation, and structure run seamlessly. Key Focus Areas • Structuring and maintaining Microsoft Teams, Planner, To Do, and SharePoint environments. • Building and managing dashboards for task and project visibility. • Coordinating automation flows (Power Automate) and basic Power BI reporting. • Helping establish clear daily and weekly workflows suited for a neurodiverse entrepreneur. • Acting as the operational link between human processes and AI■driven systems. Required Professional Experience • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI). • Proven ability to design or coordinate cross■project task systems. • Comfortable using AI assistants (ChatGPT■5, Microsoft Copilot, or similar). • Experience supporting busy entrepreneurs or executives across multiple ventures. • Excellent organisation, confidentiality, and communication skills.
