Pay: £13.85 per hour
Hours: 5 hrs per week (term-time), 8 hrs per week (school holidays) – flexible
Location: Farnham

About the role:
1. Support Tilly, a 14-year-old who loves sports, games, and active days out
2. Join in with football, basketball, and family trips (e.g. theme parks, community outings)
3. Provide calm, consistent support – Tilly is non-verbal, with some speech and uses picture prompts
4. Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmness
5. Support independence and confidence through fun activities

What we’re looking for:
1. Energetic, reliable, and supportive PA
2. Able to give Tilly time and space to process communication
3. Comfortable around pets (dog and cats at home – dog can be kept separate if needed)
4. Ideally a driver, to enable outings in the community
