JOB DESCRIPTION
You will provide efficient, confidential, and high-quality administration and secretarial support to the Director of IT & Business Change and the wider directorate. This will include diary management, minute taking, preparation of presentations and communication briefings, making travel arrangements, undertaking research and general project work as required. You will have proven experience, ideally from the IT industry, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast pace, complex environment.
This is a full time, permanent position. We understand balance is important and therefore operate a hybrid working style which consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
About you
The successful candidate should have the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy Director. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised with a proactive approach. You should be professional and personable, with demonstrable experience of providing key support at a senior level.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Confidentiality: Proven experience of working within a confidential environment.
- Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise Director’s work schedules and activities, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Data Driven: Proven experience of writing and coordinating reports for submission to Board and Exec teams
- Customer Service: Experience of working within a customer service environment.
- Technical Ability: Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communications.
