We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to work directly with the founder. This is a critical role where you’ll manage communications, streamline scheduling, and set up automations that keep the business running smoothly. If you love structure, thrive under pressure, and want to grow alongside a fast-moving agency, this role is for you. 🚀 Role Overview As the PA to the founder, you’ll be the central point of communication and organisation. You’ll manage the founder’s time, ensure smooth client and internal communications, and help implement systems/automations that free up creative energy for the business. 🔑 Responsibilities Inbox & calendar management (scheduling, reminders, prioritisation). Handling inbound and outbound communications (clients, partners, team). Creating and managing automations (email sequences, scheduling tools, workflows). Preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups. Organising documents, files, and reports. Coordinating projects and tracking deadlines. Research tasks & ad-hoc support for the founder. 📊 KPIs / Success Metrics Success in this role will look like: Founder’s inbox managed to zero daily. Calendar optimised – no missed or overlapping commitments. Smooth, professional communication with clients and partners. Systems & automations in place to save time and reduce manual work. Deadlines met, tasks tracked, and founder always ahead of schedule. 💼 Compensation Competitive – based on experience (to be discussed during the interview stage). 🌍 Location & Hours Remote, but must be available during UK business hours.
