Job Title: Permit Engineer / Operative CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Permit Engineer / Operative to join the team located at Heathrow. The main purpose of the role is to effectively work with the Site Permit Team responsible for the control and coordination of safe systems of work for contractors at site to ensure legal and contractual obligations for CBRE, our Client team and other Key Stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the control of safe systems of work throughout the Operations Base site. Point of contact for Permit to work (PTW) / Authority to work (ATW) management. Ensure a successful shift handover of all open PTWs. Ensure all contractual procedures are followed by Specialist Subcontractors. Monitoring of Specialist Subcontractors works whilst they are on site undertaking works to ensure adherence with approved RAMS. Closely monitor the daily event calendar ensuring that PTW/ATW does not impact on the daily operation of site.
