What You’ll Be Doing – Full 360 Recruitment This is a blended permanent and contract/temporary recruitment role where you’ll manage your own desk, build strong commercial relationships, and deliver high‑quality placements across the Food & FMCG market. Your responsibilities include: Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement Meeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding end‑to‑end hiring needs Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market‑leading database Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including compliance checks Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer, contract and placement process Filling urgent contract/temp bookings with pace, accuracy and strong service levels Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across the region Developing new business opportunities across the Food & FMCG sector Maximising cross‑selling opportunities across Reed’s specialist divisions Why Join Reed?
