This role focuses on managing a permanent Business Support recruitment desk, working with a wide range of commercial organisations across Leeds and the surrounding area. What You’ll Be Doing – Full 360 Recruitment You’ll run your own desk, building strong client partnerships and delivering high‑quality permanent placements with pace and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement Meeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding hiring needs across the commercial sector Sourcing high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market‑leading database Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including all relevant compliance checks Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer and acceptance process Proactively matching candidates to roles with accuracy and a strong service focus Building long‑term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates Developing new business opportunities across the Leeds area Maximising cross‑selling opportunities across Reed’s specialist divisions Why Join Reed?
