What You'll Be Doing - Full 360 Recruitment This is a blended permanent and contract/temporary recruitment role where you'll manage your own desk, build strong commercial relationships, and deliver high-quality placements across the Food & FMCG market. Your responsibilities include: Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placementMeeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding end-to-end hiring needsSourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market-leading databaseRegistering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including compliance checksPreparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer, contract and placement processFilling urgent contract/temp bookings with pace, accuracy and strong service levelsBuilding long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the regionDeveloping new business opportunities across the Food & FMCG sectorMaximising cross-selling opportunities across Reed's specialist divisions Why Join Reed?
