About
We are looking for a sharp, fast, and forward-thinking Ad Editor to join our high-performance marketing team. You will be working directly with our Creative Strategist to turn raw footage, scripts, and AI-generated assets into thumb-stopping ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. We don't want "wedding videographers." We want Direct Response Editors who use every tool available—including AI—to build high-converting assets faster than the competition. The Mission: To bring ideas to life, frame by frame. You will take raw assets (UGC, stock) and mix them with AI-generated visuals/voiceovers to create cohesive narratives. You understand pacing, rhythm, and exactly what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds. Responsibilities: -High-Velocity Editing: Produce high-quality direct response video ads (15s – 60s) on a weekly basis. -Generative Asset Creation: Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Kling, Luma) to generate B-roll, visual hooks, or static images when specific footage is missing. -AI Voiceovers: Proficiently use tools like ElevenLabs to generate and time realistic voiceovers for ads. -Hook Testing: Ability to take one "body" video and edit 5 different "hooks" (using a mix of UGC and AI visuals) to test performance. -Platform Native Style: Add trending text overlays, emojis, sound effects, and transitions that feel native to TikTok and Reels. Requirements: -Editing Software: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus) or high-level CapCut Desktop. -AI Tool Stack: You are comfortable prompting and generating assets using tools like Midjourney (images), Runway/Luma (video), and ElevenLabs (audio). -Ad Experience: You must have a portfolio showing ads (UGC, dropshipping, or lead gen). -The "Click" Mentality: You know how to edit for retention. You cut out the pauses, speed up the pacing, and use visual interruptions to keep the viewer watching. The Ideal Candidate (Our "A-Player" Criteria): -Problem Solver: Missing a specific shot? You don't complain; you generate it with AI and keep moving. -Fast Mover: You don't wait for permission to be great. You iterate quickly. -Detail Obsessed: Your audio levels are balanced, your cuts are on the beat, and your text is perfectly centered. Application Instructions: Send a loom video showcasing the below... 1. Link your Portfolio: Specifically pointing to Short-Form Ad Examples (TikToks/Reels). 2. AI Experience: Which specific AI tools are you currently paying for or using in your daily workflow? 3. Scenario: If a script calls for a "futuristic city shot" but you don't have stock footage for it, how would you solve this using AI?
