We sell direct-to-consumer recovery and injury-prevention gear for martial artists who want to train longer, harder, and without fear of pain or injury. We're looking for a killer video editor with a marketer's brain — someone who knows how to tell compelling stories, A/B test hooks, and turn raw UGC, athlete, and product footage into high-converting ads that scale on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. 🚀 What You’ll Do: - Edit performance-driven videos per week (mostly for Meta and TikTok) - Cut fast-paced, UGC-style ads with multiple hook variations and punchy captions - Repurpose long-form podcasts, athlete interviews, and customer testimonials into scroll-stopping ads - Collaborate with our founder, creative strategists, and media buyers to iterate on winning ads - Pull selects from Dropbox, edit to our proven formats, and export for immediate deployment 🎯 What You Bring: Strong portfolio of DTC ads (especially if you’ve edited for Ridge, Snow, Hexclad, or similar) Fluent in editing for conversions (AIDA, PAS, problem/solution, testimonial, etc.) Mastery of Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci + basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar) Ability to work fast and clean — you’re not just a creative, you’re a producer Obsessed with performance metrics (hook retention, CTR, ROAS) Confident creating AI video scripts into winning ads Bonus: Experience editing native TikTok ads or working with UGC creators ⚙️ How We Work: Core platform: Meta Ads, with growing YouTube and TikTok spend Usage rights secured on all creator/athlete footage All assets provided in organized Dropbox folders 💵 Compensation: Competitive rates per edit (project-based or retainer) Bonus potential for top performers Fully remote, async-friendly — we work fast, not late To apply, send us: A short Loom or portfolio link showing your best paid ad work A quick note explaining why you’d be a good fit for Anaconda
