Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Performance and Reporting Team, based in Horsham, delivers comprehensive reporting and analysis for all pooled and segregated accounts managed in London. Utilising the Bi-Sam (B-One) performance and attribution reporting system and Aladdin as the portfolio accounting system (containing ABOR data), the team works closely with FactSet who provide a Managed Service for performance and attribution calculations in B-One. The Horsham Performance and Reporting Team perform service-related tasks, non-standard reporting, client reporting, query resolution and provide performance expertise for the business across all asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset, Commodities, EMD, Property and Solutions. As a Lead Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and reliable performance reporting resolving complex queries and providing analysis to internal stakeholders such as fund managers, product managers, and client directors, all within challenging deadlines. You will provide subject matter expertise, particularly in the oversight of sensitive client relationships, production of reports, and handling ad-hoc requests. The role requires the ability to triage and resolve queries and to manage and represent the department in relation to core operating platforms and ongoing departmental change. You will also support centralised service management activities, addressing both standard and specialised client requirements. In this role you will help foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Your strong interest in problem solving and learning will help drive efficiency and innovation in our processes.
