Join a community that cares about you More about yourrole We're looking for a Performance Reporting Accountant to join our Finance Planning, Analysis and Reporting team — someone who thrives on turning data into insight and insight into action. In this role, you'll take ownership of the Group's month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and data is complete, accurate, and ready for review. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality reporting packs that inform Executive and Board-level decision-making, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will be central to how performance is understood across the organisation. You'll also play a key role in supporting wider business initiatives, providing ad hoc financial reporting and analysis that helps drive strategic outcomes. Collaboration will be a big part of your day-to-day, as you build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams to ensure reporting is aligned, timely, and relevant. Beyond the numbers, you'll be a champion for smarter ways of working — identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes, and helping the team stay ahead of the curve in how we deliver value through data.
