Numbers, results, what you did. - Clear process - List building, copywriting, follow-ups, CRM setup. You know the whole flow. We're interviewing multiple people. The best applications will include: 1. A specific booking rate from a past campaign (e.g., "0.8% - booked 40 calls from 5,000 emails for a B2B SaaS client") 2. A brief case study or screenshot showing results for a similar client 3. Which channel you specialize in - Cold email, LinkedIn outbound, or both 4. Your process in 3-5 sentences - How do you build lists? Write copy? Manage campaigns?
