• We are looking for a Performance and Verification Modelling Lead with extensive experience of semiconductor IP modelling to develop software models of our ground-breaking AI accelerators.

In this role, you will

• Lead development of pre-silicon SystemC models of Fractile’s innovative AI acceleration hardware, informing architecture definition, performance evaluation, and product design and verification
• Work closely with Fractile’s design and verification teams to deliver our hardware IP
• Enable early software development by providing models of products in development
• Support and mentor other members of the modelling team
• Work with hardware, software, and ML engineers in a highly collaborative hardware-software co-design methodology

It would be great if you have

• Extensive experience of pre-silicon modelling of semiconductor IP covering performance and verification modelling
• Good knowledge of modelling and simulation technologies such as SystemC
• Excellent C/C++ and Python skills and solid experience of industry standard development tools and technologies
• An excellent understanding of computer architecture and hardware design
• A creative and innovative mindset, and a willingness to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Maths, Physics, or related degree and 8+ years of industry experience
