At PGIM, You Can What you will doThis role will provide day-to-day HR support to the business, acting as a first point of contact for managers and employees. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Act as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on policies and processes. Partner with specialist HR teams (e.g. Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition) to deliver initiatives and provide business insights. Provide information for and review offer letters and employment-related correspondence for the UK, including promotion letters and internal transfers.Schedule and maintain HR induction materials (PowerPoint) and host HR induction sessions with all new joiners. Assist with ad hoc reporting, including headcount updates, turnover data, year-end compensation trackers, and other HR metrics. Coordinate HR-related invoices for approval and track lear
