The role involves comanaging a centralised People Services team to ensure seamless, consistent day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to promotions and reward. We’re looking for someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.
