About the role As Payroll & People Services Manager, you’ll lead a team that delivers a first-class HR administration and payroll service to the business. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of people and payroll services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and exceptional colleague experience. This role also involves leading the delivery of agreed objectives and strategic plans, managing audits, and supporting the evolution of HR systems to improve efficiency. You’ll inspire and develop your team, promoting collaboration and accountability to achieve high performance and service standards.
