People Partner Salary: £41,000 Per Annum Location: Merseyside / Hybrid Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with an innovative social enterprise to recruit a People Partner. This is a key role supporting the delivery of objectives and working closely with leaders to provide a high-quality, end-to-end HR service across the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and case management support to managers, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and attendance matters.Support leaders through transformational and organisational change initiativesReview, maintain and update people policies in line with legislation and organisational cultureEmbed recruitment best practice to support effective talent management, working in partnership with the Senior People PartnerSupport and advise on organisational change, including TUPE transfers, restructures and workforce changesEnsure full compliance with the organisation's Recruitment PolicySupport the delivery of succession planning outcomes aligned to business needs Skills & Experience: CIPD qualified (Level 5 or Level 7)Proven experience providing high-quality HR advice to senior stakeholdersStrong knowledge of employee relations across the full lifecycleSound understanding of payroll processesExperience working with recognised Trade UnionsDemonstrated business partnering capability, including the development of people plans Please apply with your up-to-date CV to this advert today or for further information please contact Amy Mottershead directly at Macmillan Davies on
