- What You’ll Be Doing
- We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to run the engine room of our People function. You’ll make sure every part of the employee experience runs smoothly - from onboarding to offboarding - while keeping our systems, processes and data sharp as we continue to scale. You’ll also lead a small but brilliant team and work closely with our People Partners and Talent Partners across the business.
- Owning and improving People Ops processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Keeping our HRIS clean, accurate, and running efficiently.
- Building people dashboards and insights that help us make great decisions.
- Delivering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Overseeing benefits, policies, and compliance across the business.
- Leading and developing our People Ops Coordinators and Workplace Experience Partner.
- We’re Looking For 🔎
- Experience working in a fast-paced People Ops environment.
- Strong HRIS capability and confidence building workflows and reporting.
- Comfortable using data to spot trends and drive improvements.
- Proven ability to innovate, streamline and automate People Ops processes.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Someone organised, proactive, and excited to make People Ops run brilliantly at scale.
