  • EOR (Employer of Record) Support:

    • Act as the liaison between Hopper and EOR partners to manage EOR employee lifecycle activities.

    • Ensure timely onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits enrollment for EOR employees.

  • Employee Mobility & Query Intake:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for mobility-related questions (e.g., relocation, short-term travel, work permits).

    • Triage mobility inquiries to the appropriate teams.

    • Track and support immigration compliance for current employees.

    • Maintain documentation and logs of mobility requests and statuses.

  • General People Ops Support:

    • Partner with People team members to support HR projects and process improvements as needed.

The ideal candidate has

  • Familiarity with employment regulations and benefits programs in Canada.

  • Experience working with or managing EOR providers is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.

  • Experience with HRIS tools (BambooHR) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira, Google Workspace).

  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
