  • Are you passionate about using data, innovation and modern technology to drive meaningful change? We’re looking for a People Data & Innovation Lead to help shape the future of our people insights, strengthen decision‑making across the organisation, and support transformational improvement.
  • In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic projects, and help us adopt smarter, more innovative approaches — including the use of advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing data insights and tracking progress against key performance indicators to support business change
  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting complex people data using advanced and AI‑assisted analytics
  • Supporting and implementing improvement portfolios and seeking innovative technology solutions across HR
  • Designing and developing reports, dashboards and self‑service tools aligned to our people data strategy
  • Planning and facilitating reporting workshops with process owners and change leads
  • Leading the gathering and alignment of data migration and reporting requirements across workstreams
  • Collaborating with technical teams and providing subject‑matter expertise on data models, mapping and cleansing
  • Using behavioural and customer insights to shape customer journeys and improve experience and engagement
  • Qualifications

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to generate insight
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience supporting transformational or data‑focused change initiatives
  • Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle, Alteryx) or interest in developing these skills
  • Awareness of emerging technologies such as machine learning, LLMs or Generative AI
  • Understanding of data ethics, responsible AI use and regulatory expectations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, judgement and care
  • Adaptability, curiosity and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
