The Opportunity As People & Culture Manager, you'll be responsible for embedding robust HR practices, policies and procedures, building strong foundations that will support continued growth. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO, Head of Operations and Head of Finance, acting as a trusted partner and advisor across the business. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will lead the full employee lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters, while also contributing strategically to the development of a positive, high-performing culture.
