You will be key to fostering a positive Employee Relations climate, providing expert advice to managers across the business, improving employee engagement and business performance. You will lead on employee relations cases, delivering training & coaching to reduce future ER issues and contribute to People projects, continuous improvement and nurturing emerging talent. You will provide vital support to the Senior People Partners, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. You will primarily partner with our Corporate Directorates, based out of our Head Office. You will also support the wider Operations of the business as necessary We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses.
