We are looking for 2 Full Time People Assistants, one on a Permanent basis and the other on a Fixed Term Contract until the 31st March 2026

Work that goes beyond your desk


We work in a professional way towards our shared goals, knowing the work we do makes a genuine, lasting difference on the environment. As a People Assistant for People Services, your role will include:


  • Providing practical advice and support on a range of HR matters including payroll, absence, benefits, system requirements, HR policies and procedures

Use own initiative to ensure that formal processes are co-ordinated and administered appropriately, ensuring all due process and timescales are adhered too

  • Monitoring the HR call management system HR@SEPA, by triaging and prioritising calls of varying levels; advising on a policy, procedure or HR services and assigning more complex enquiries to the People Advisor or People Business Partner as appropriate

Utilising the Agresso HR/Finance system the post will be responsible for ensuring effective governance and data management of the system on a daily basis
