The Role The People Advisor plays a key role within the People Services function, working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to managers and employees. The role provides expert advice and practical support across a range of people-related matters, ensuring consistency, compliance and professionalism in line with organisational policies and procedures. This position is responsible for managing employee relations cases, supporting line managers through people processes, and responding to employee enquiries with sensitivity and accuracy.
