- About the role
- The People Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the People Strategy, delivering a proactive, customer focused HR service to managers and employees across the business. Working closely with People and Talent Partners, you will act as a key point of contact for designated business areas, providing guidance on HR policies, employment law, employee relations and best practice. From advising managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and wellbeing matters to supporting engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive environment, you will help shape an amazing culture where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.

- About you
- We are looking for an experienced HR professional with at least 6 months experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role and strong knowledge of HR best practice and current employment law. You will bring a professional, pragmatic and solutions focused approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and constructively challenge when needed. Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters with integrity and discretion, you will be proactive, adaptable and resilient, able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast paced, evolving organisation, while maintaining strong attention to detail and organisation. You will have experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and be committed to delivering a high quality, people focused HR service.
