Working with our planning and allocation team
Management of driving staff including recruitment and retention
Ensuring compliance within our industry regulatory requirements
Working with key stakeholders both inside and outside the business
Working with our customer base, ensuring we meet their day to day requirements
Working with or engineering teams at two workshops
Working with our Partners and Directors
A valid category D driving licence is an advantage
A CPC certificate (Passenger Transport) is desired
All employees are required to undertake a DBS check to enhanced level
You will have company mobile with you at all times, in case of emergencies.
This is not a 08.00 - 16.00 job. We operate a mixed fleet or around 120 vehicles, ranging from 4 seater taxis, through to MIDI Coaches including a fleet of modern coaches in Berkshire areas. We operate contracts for various local authorities, private hire, bus services, rail replacement along with UK Tours. We are a family business, trading over 20 years. This is a new position, which will strengthen our management team. You will be reporting to the Directors and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record withing the industry but more importantly be keen to learn, adapt along with an enthusiastic and can do attitude.
