JOB TITLE: Clean Air Zone PCN Appeals Team Officer

Pay rate: £13.47 per hour PAYE
Contract Type: Temporary, Anticipated 7 to 8 months
Working Arrangement: This role will be office based initially with the option for hybrid working once trained.

In order to apply for this role you should have previous experience as a PCN Appeals Team Officer, with great customer service skills, along with computer literacy.

The role:

On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Clean Air Zone PCN Appeals Team Officer for a challenging and varied role, to work as part of a team providing customer service for the Clean Air Zone scheme.

Your primary role will be responding to appeals relating to the Clean Air Zone as well as processing correspondence related to enforcement of PCNs. Additionally, you will log incoming appeals, vehicle keeper details and provide advice to our call centre.

You will be using various Microsoft programs and bespoke systems; therefore, basic computer literacy is essential.

What the client is looking for:

Previous experience in a similar PCN appeals team
Previous customer service experience
Ability to use Microsoft programs and bespoke systems; therefore, basic computer literacy is essential.
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, to work without direct supervision and be self-reliant
